Originally a Midwesterner who has lived in the Las Vegas area since 1999, Gerard worked extensively in the hotel and restaurant industry for years and brings that customer service background to his real estate clients. He served four years in the Air Force and attended the University of Maryland upon completion of his service period.

Gerard has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Nevada since 2004. He has found terrific success working with internet leads and converting them into clients. “Well placed internet marketing has afforded me opportunities as both a buyer’s agent and short sale listing agent, even in fast-changing markets like we have seen in 2007 and 2008″.
